For up to four guests, the main house and one of the two studios are accessible, while for five or more guests, the entire property, including both studios, is open. Naturally, the studios remain unoccupied for smaller groups to ensure uninterrupted privacy.
For a seamless stay, various amenities are available, including hiking guides, backpacks, beach bags with towels, and essentials like coffee, spices, firewood, and more.
The rental price includes daily electricity allowances of 25 kWh for the main house and 15 kWh for the studios – sufficient for regular use. A minor charge applies per additional kWh used, particularly for operating the heat pump to warm the pool.

The sun terrace has a heated pool with a counter-current system, which maintains a comfortable water temperature of 27 to 28 degrees in winter months. Occasionally, temperatures may dip slightly on very cloudy days. Additional amenities include a comfortable sunbed, a parasol, a lounge area with a large sofa, and a ping pong table.
