The barbecue and open fireplace make the terrace a special place for sociable evenings and memorable moments outdoors. For larger families or groups, Casa Maria can be combined with the neighbouring Casa Pergola. Together, they create a spacious apartment with four bedrooms, accommodating up to eight guests.
For a refreshing swim, guests can enjoy the spacious sun terrace with a heated pool, outdoor shower and sun loungers. The pool area is shared with all guests of the finca. Private parking spaces are available directly on the property.
In Guaza itself, you will find a supermarket and restaurants. The idyllic coastal village of Palm Mar is just a few minutes away by car and offers numerous restaurants and cafés. If you are looking for more variety, the popular holiday resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas are also within easy reach. There you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops, as well as a lively nightlife.
The surrounding area also offers plenty of opportunities for activities and excursions. Water lovers and families should not miss a visit to Siam Park, located just 8.5 km away. One of Europe's best water parks offers spectacular slides, tropical landscapes and attractions for visitors of all ages. Aqualand, located right next door, also offers a wide range of entertainment for the whole family.
Animal lovers can take a trip to the north of Tenerife to the famous Loro Parque, home to an impressive variety of exotic animals, including dolphins, orcas and rare bird species. Golf enthusiasts are also well catered for around Guaza. Several renowned golf courses are within a short driving distance, including Golf Los Palos, Golf Las Américas, Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf.
For groups of up to 16 people, the entire finca can be rented exclusively. In addition to Casa Maria, this includes Casa Pergola, Casa Flamboyan and Studio Maracuya. Prices and availability are available on request.
