You can easily book your desired accommodation via our website – either directly online or by sending a request, depending on the property.
For accommodations available for direct booking, simply select your travel dates, click on “Book,” and after completing the process, you will receive a binding booking confirmation by email.
For accommodations available on request, please first send us a non-binding inquiry. You will then receive a non-binding offer, allowing any questions (e.g., regarding equipment, location, or special requests) to be clarified personally before booking. The booking only becomes binding after your confirmation.
Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer.
With the booking confirmation, you will receive all necessary payment details as well as the due dates for the deposit and the final payment. Please transfer the specified amount within the given period to secure your booking.
Yes, as a rule, a deposit of between 15% and 30% of the total price is required to secure your booking.
The exact amount of the deposit and the due date for the final payment can be found in the respective accommodation description and the booking confirmation. Please note these details, as they may vary depending on the property.
You will receive the booking confirmation immediately after a successful booking by email.
Detailed check-in and arrival information will be sent to you after receipt of payment. This ensures that you receive all important information in good time before your arrival.
The cancellation conditions may vary depending on the accommodation.
The applicable terms – for example, possible free cancellation periods or graduated fees – can be found directly in the accommodation description and are also listed in your booking confirmation.

Yes, changes such as travel duration, dates, or number of guests are generally possible, provided the accommodation is available and the cancellation conditions are observed.
Please note: Last-minute bookings or bookings with special rates cannot be rebooked. For each rebooking or contract change, Canarias-Travel24 reserves the right to charge a processing fee between 25 and 50 euros plus IGIC (Tax). Any additional costs from the accommodation provider are not included.
Written form required: Rebookings must always be requested in writing via email. Only after receiving your request can Canarias-Travel24 inform the accommodation provider and process the change.
We recommend submitting rebooking requests as early as possible so that your desired changes can be accommodated in the best possible way.
In such cases, the cancellation conditions stated for the respective property or accommodation apply.
We therefore strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Currently, we can offer suitable insurance to customers residing in Germany and can provide a non-binding quote upon request. This way, you can optimally secure your holiday in advance.
The final cleaning is always included in the total rental price of the accommodation and is indicated accordingly.
Bed linen and towel sets are also included in most accommodations. If this is not the case, it will be clearly stated and can be added as an extra during the inquiry or direct booking process.
Additional optional extras, such as pool heating, baby cots, or additional services, are clearly listed and can also be booked directly. This way, you always have a clear overview of the total price of your accommodation.
Pets are welcome in many of our accommodations. Please look for the “Pets allowed” label in the listing or contact us before booking.
Alternatively, you can select the “Pet” option under the “Other” filter category to view all accommodations where pets are permitted. This allows you to quickly find the right accommodation for your holiday with your pet.
Many of our holiday homes offer Wi-Fi, a pool, and air conditioning. Please refer to the accommodation description for the specific amenities.
In addition, you can use the filter function to search specifically for your desired amenities, so that only accommodations offering your preferred extras are displayed.
Check-in is generally possible from 3:00 p.m., and check-out until 10:00 a.m.
The exact times are always stated in the accommodation description and in your booking confirmation. If you wish to arrive or depart outside these times, please arrange this in advance with your local contact person.
A security deposit is required in some accommodations.
Please refer to the individual accommodation description to see whether a deposit is required and the amount. The refund will be issued after the proper return of the accommodation.
We recommend arriving by rental car, as this gives you greater flexibility during your stay and allows you to explore the island on your own.
