Period 01.10 – 30.04
1 – 3 months: 1.800 euros per month, 900 euros deposit
3 – 6 months: 1.500 euros per month, one month’s rent deposit
Period 01.05 – 30.09
1 – 3 months: 1.200 euros per month, 600 euros deposit
3 – 6 months: 1.000 euros per month, one month’s rent deposit

Living room: Smart TV, Spanish television, dining table with four chairs
Bedroom: Two single beds arranged as a double (90 cm x 190 cm each), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe
Kitchen: Ceramic hob (3 plates), extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer
Bathroom: Shower, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer, washing machine
Outdoor area: Terrace with table and 2 chairs
Internet, fans in living room and bedroom, washing machine
