The studio is available for rental periods of at least one (1) month and up to a maximum of nine (9) months.
The monthly rent is 1.000 euros for a one-month stay. For rental periods of two months or longer, the monthly rent is reduced to 900 euros. All additional costs, including electricity, water, waste collection and internet, are already included in the rental price. Pets are not allowed.
