The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a building with an elevator and offers approximately 65 sqm of living space, providing everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It features a bright living area, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom—ideal for up to 4 persons.

Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from your furnished balcony, which is west-facing and equipped with a table and chairs—the perfect place to admire the spectacular sunsets!

The apartment is less than a minute's walk from Tazacorte Beach. The 1.5 km long promenade invites you to relaxing evening strolls, and at the end of the promenade is the large sports and fishing port. From here, daily boat trips depart, including special dolphin and whale tours.

Tazacorte Beach is protected by breakwaters, offering ideal conditions for swimming and relaxing. In Tazacorte, there are numerous restaurants, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a tourist information office, and a bus stop. The nearby Pueblo de Tazacorte, just about 2 km away, offers additional amenities such as banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, and a post office.
