This approx. 50 sqm apartment is located in the popular seaside resort of Puerto Naos on the sunny west coast of La Palma. It is situated on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building (no elevator). The apartment consists of a living area with an open kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony of approx. 5 sqm with a table and chairs offering views of the surrounding mountains and apartment buildings.
The apartment is available for a minimum rental period of one (1) month and a maximum of five (5) months. Longer rental periods just upon request.
The monthly rent is 850 euros and includes all utilities such as electricity, water, waste disposal, and internet usage.
Pets are not allowed.
