ES The washing machine with integrated tumble dryer is located in a small patio.
Access to the flat is through a large gate. Behind it, you will find the spacious terrace as well as the parking area directly next to the house, where a small car can be parked.
The flat is available for rental for a minimum period of one (1) month and a maximum period of nine (9) months. For a rental period of one month, the monthly rent is 1.600 euros. For rental periods of two months or longer, the monthly rent is reduced to 1.500 euros per month. All additional costs, including electricity, water and waste collection, as well as internet access, are already included in the rental price.
For a one-month rental, a 500 euros security deposit is payable locally. For longer rental periods, the security deposit is increased to a maximum of one month's rent. Pets are not permitted.
