This exclusive complex consists of three holiday homes and is located in the picturesque region of La Montaña in Breña Baja on the east side of La Palma. Situated on a spacious 3.700 sqm property, you will enjoy the highest comfort in an idyllic setting.

The 70 sqm house Casa David features traditional Canarian wooden ceilings, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. It offers a welcoming living room with an open dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom. From your private, furnished terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking mountain and pool views.

The adjacent sun deck with the 8 x 4 m heated pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasols, and the barbecue area is available for shared use by all guests. The pool is environmentally friendly, powered by solar energy, and maintained at a pleasant 28–30°C all year round, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing swim at any time of the year.

A private parking space directly at the accommodation ensures additional convenience. The complex accommodates up to 11 guests, making it an ideal choice for friends, families, or travel groups looking to vacation together.

Thanks to its excellent location, excursions and nature experiences are always within reach. The island’s capital, Santa Cruz de La Palma, as well as the popular beach resort of Los Cancajos, can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. La Palma Airport is also just a short drive away. The center of Breña Baja, with numerous shopping opportunities, banks, cafés, and restaurants, is only five minutes away. A special highlight is the traditional farmer’s market in Mazo, which offers an authentic Canarian shopping experience and is also just a few minutes away. Nature lovers will find beautiful hiking trails nearby, perfect for exploring the unique landscape of La Palma.
