The 82 sqm duplex house is located in a very well-kept complex in Playa Honda on the east coast of Lanzarote. It offers a cozy living room with an open, modern and fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. From the living room you can access a furnished terrace under a pergola. The master bedroom has direct access to another terrace with sun loungers and sea view.

The complex also includes a large sun deck with pool, which can be used by all guests. The sea is only 70 steps away, and the fine sandy Playa la Concha beach only 300 meters. Playa Honda is known for its long beach and the beautiful promenade that leads all the way to Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen. Along the promenade there are numerous restaurants, bars and cafés.

The holiday home is suitable for up to 4 persons and is therefore ideal for families or couples of friends who want to discover the unique volcanic landscape of Lanzarote.
