ES The monthly rent for stays of one (1) to three (3) months is 800 euros. For longer stays, please enquire about the applicable rates. A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required.
The rent includes internet access, water and waste disposal costs. Electricity is not included in the rent; actual consumption is measured using the electricity meter and billed monthly.

Bedroom: Double bed (135 cm x 190 cm), wardrobe, Smart TV (Netflix included), air conditioning (with cooling and heating functions), dehumidifier
Kitchen: Induction cooktop (2 zones), oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso maker, toaster, kettle
Bathroom: Shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. The bathroom may feel a little cramped for very tall people. Hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with a capacity of 30 litres.
Outdoor area: Covered barbecue area of approximately 20 sqm, garden with fruit trees, seating areas with tables and chairs, and comfortable sun loungers

Children: The suitability of the accommodation for children should be assessed individually, depending on their age.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
Septic tank: Do not pour oils or dispose of waste in the kitchen sink. Do not flush paper, wet wipes or other objects down the toilet.
Barbecue: Do not use the barbecue in hazardous weather conditions, particularly during extreme heat or strong winds.
Curtains and blinds in the glazed area: Please close them completely whenever you leave the house to prevent overheating and damage to the furnishings.
