ES There is no private parking space. Free parking is generally available along the street.
The apartment is available for rental periods of at least one (1) month and no more than nine (9) months. Upon termination of the fixed-term tenancy, a flat fee of 50 euros applies for final cleaning.
The monthly rent for stays of one (1) to three (3) months is 700 euros. For longer stays, please enquire about the applicable rates. A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required.
The rent includes internet access, water and waste disposal costs. Electricity is not included in the rent; actual consumption is measured using the electricity meter and billed monthly.

Children cannot be accommodated, as the pool area is directly accessible and is not secured by a barrier

External visitors are not permitted in the pool and communal areas
Compliance with pool opening hours and house rules is mandatory
