In front of the living area lies a large, covered, furnished terrace with a dining table for up to 6 persons and a dreamlike sea view. Behind the house you will find a pool and a small seating pool, both atmospherically illuminated at night and with a magnificent view of the sea. Four sun loungers and two parasols invite you to relax here.
On the south side you will find a Jacuzzi – ideal for unwinding after a hike. On the north side of the house there is an electric grill and a cozy bistro table with chairs. Sustainability is very important at Casa Helios: the entire house is powered by a modern photovoltaic system. For days with little sunshine there is an environmentally friendly backup system. Energy-saving appliances and LED lighting round off the concept.
The location is ideal: the charming village of Puntagorda with supermarkets, restaurants and the popular weekend market Mercadillo is only 5 minutes away by car. Numerous hiking trails start directly in the surrounding area, and the beach of Tazacorte can be reached in about 40 minutes.
