The studio features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, a modern bathroom with shower, and a spacious box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) that can be separated into two comfortable single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) if needed. A third person can sleep comfortably on an extra bed. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a safe, and free Wi-Fi. For those who want to stay productive while on the go, the room can easily be used as a home office.

Bed linen can be provided upon request for a rental fee of 10 euros per person, with an additional deposit of 15 euros.
Bed linen can be washed on-site. Alternatively, fresh bed linen can be exchanged for a fee of 10 euros.
A breakfast service is also available at 10 euros per person per day. Breakfast ingredients are delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays as a tray for one or two days. Included are various cold cuts and cheeses, butter or margarine, jam, honey, Nutella, orange juice, and milk—lactose-free options are available on request. Fresh baguettes are hung every morning in a bag at the main entrance door.
A towel set consisting of a bath towel, shower towel, small hand towel, and washcloth can be provided for 15 euros per person. An additional deposit of 20 euros per person is required. Towels can be washed on-site or exchanged for fresh towels for a fee if needed.
The damage deposit is 250 euros and must be paid via bank transfer or credit card no later than 24 hours before check-in. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after check-out.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the accommodation!
