The apartment is available for rent for a period from four (4) months to a maximum of one (1) year. An extension of the rental agreement is possible upon arrangement and approval by the owner.
A rental deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required. The rent includes internet usage, the costs for water and waste as well as a private parking space. The additional costs for electricity are not included in the rent; the actual consumption is taken from the electricity meter and billed.
Pets are not allowed.
