The holiday house Las Laderitas B is located in the upper part of the town of El Paso on the west side of La Palma and offers a particularly quiet, almost secluded environment – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. With approximately 55 sqm of living space, the house features an open-plan living area with an integrated kitchenette and dining space. It also includes a cozy bedroom and a bathroom that ensures comfort during your stay.

The outdoor area invites you to relax with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, several seating options, and a small garden. Thanks to its sheltered location, you can fully enjoy privacy and the island’s mild climate. The center of El Paso, with supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping facilities, is only about a 5-minute drive away. The island’s most beautiful beaches are around 15 minutes away.

Nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts benefit from the proximity to popular starting points such as the Caldera de Taburiente National Park.

The holiday home is also an ideal base for bikers to explore La Palma’s impressive landscape.
