Towel and bed linen change every 7 days. Additional linen changes or intermediate cleaning are available at any time by arrangement, charged according to effort.

Check-in and check-out: Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 12 pm
For bookings from one month up to a maximum of 3 months, the owner grants a discount upon request. Rental for more than 3 months is not possible.
