Villa Gatona

The open-plan living and dining room offers a relaxed feel-good atmosphere – furnished with a three-metre-long solid oak dining table, LG 42" flat-screen satellite TV, DVD/CD player, iPod dock, PlayStation 2, built-in fireplace, and three comfortable sofas. Two doors lead directly onto the extensive pool terrace. The adjoining open-plan country-style oak kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality built-in appliances, a walk-in pantry with additional fridge, and two separate terrace doors opening onto the covered BBQ and al fresco dining terrace.

The ground floor also features a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing station, and access to a private terrace with drying area. Two comfortable twin bedrooms, each with direct access to a spacious furnished terrace, share an adjoining bathroom with shower and twin marble washbasins. All bedrooms in the villa feature French doors opening onto the garden and surrounding landscape, as well as spacious, handcrafted teak wardrobes.

A staircase from the inner hallway leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find the third bedroom with two single beds, built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have two single beds, access to a covered sun terrace with comfortable armchairs and a sofa, and share an adjoining bathroom with shower and twin washbasins.

The sixth bedroom is a stunning master suite with a bookshelf by the bed, an LG 42" flat-screen satellite TV, a super king-size bed, a dressing room and an opulent en-suite bathroom with Roman tiles and twin marble washbasins. French doors lead out to a private upper sun terrace with sun loungers, dining table and views over the pool. Another twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes features a private bathroom with shower.

Surrounding the villa are beautiful mature palm trees, almond and olive trees, creating an idyllic and safe environment for children. The large swimming pool with separate children’s pool features wide tiled steps, modern LED lighting, and expansive sun terraces with high-quality loungers and a dreamy daybed. Elegant palms and beach-style bamboo parasols provide shade.
