Located only 8 metres from the main house, it offers a natural stone bedroom, private bathroom with shower, corner bathtub and fireplace – ideal for couples seeking privacy. A laundry room with washing machine and iron is also available, as well as private parking directly at the house.
Finca Ferragut is the perfect retreat for guests who want to experience the authentic side of Mallorca – far from mass tourism. The charming town of Artà is just 4 km away and offers historic sights, cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Don’t miss the Santuari de Sant Salvador fortress with its panoramic views, or the famous Cuevas de Artà, fascinating stalactite caves with impressive lighting.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities: beautiful beaches such as Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta, Cala Bona and Cala Agulla, as well as the popular resorts Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor, are just a short drive away. Golf lovers will find four courses nearby – Capdepera, Canyamel, Pula and Son Servera (Costa de los Pinos).

In Mallorca, a tourist tax (approx. 2 euros) is charged per night and per person aged 16 and over. This tax is paid upon arrival at the finca.
The electricity costs are charged according to consumption and amount to 0,25 euros per kWh. Payment is made directly on site.
A deposit of 300 euros must be paid on site.
